Emotional Referral Zones

Introduction to Emotional Referral Zones: Movie 1
Introduction to Emotional Referral Zones: Movie 2

There are seven Emotional Referral (ER) zones in your body. The physical state of each reflects the health of that area. It also reflects your psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Every thought and experience you have is filtered through these databases and each event is recorded into your cells. In other words, “your biography becomes your biology”. If you have difficulty with a particular issue, then the energy associated with that issue might become blocked or misdirected. If the problem is severe enough, emotional and physical illness can arise.

When both the emotional and physical problems are located in the same ER zone their relationship can be obvious. Sometimes, however, a secondary or distant ER zone may show itself first. By way of example, let’s consider the case of someone with a forgiveness problem. While a heavy heart can eventually progress to bona fide chest pain, the first physical complaint may not be in the heart at all, but rather in the neck, reflecting the difficult task of looking at the underlying pain to begin with. In other words, someone may “choke” over the forgiveness issue before they admit how broken their heart is.

Sometimes a particular illness or injury is a relative non-event. At other times a different illness that may be of little physical significance can carry along with it a rather large emotional burden. When this happens, it is likely that the physical illness involved is right smack in the center of an ER zone that carries particular importance to the afflicted.

In this instance, by clearing the energy associated with that issue, or stopping the power drain that comes along with it, you can change your relationship to both the underlying issue and the physical burden housed there. This will not only improve your chances of getting over the illness or injury in question, it will also provide a new source of energy to you that can be used to prevent new illness.

Exploring each of the seven ER zones is a powerful method for examining what is happening in your body, and in your life. All physical illness, at some level, is integrated within either one or several ER zones. Look at the following zone descriptions to see if you have physical illness in an area that houses one of the ER zone centers. Next, ask if you can relate, in a very personal sense, with the energy behind one of the issues that are identified in that zone. If you have either an illness in a zone, or a special relationship to an issue within a zone, then write down the ER zone and study it in detail. It will be a valuable tool for gaining insight into your health.
