Meet Dr. Terzella

Dr. Terzella and his staff are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of complex, chronic pain and sports injuries.

Dr. Terzella completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson, JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute and then a Fellowship in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine (with a focus on interventional spine procedures, peripheral joint procedures, regenerative techniques, and pain management) in Arizona.

After many years of private practice in a multi-specialty group, he decided to join Piedmont Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, PA because he wants to help alleviate pain, weakness, and numbness for his patients and didn’t want to be stuck in a box. PATIENT Testimonials

What Our Patients Say...

The best measure of our work is in the voices of those we’ve helped.

"Dr. Terzella is the absolute BEST! His entire staff is so nice. You will not be disappointed. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would."
Cheryl M.
"Dr. Terzella is a life saver! I went from 3-5 migraines a week to 3 in a single year. His bedside manner is excellent and he provides kind, compassionate care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!"
Lauren E.
"Dr. Terzella is very caring and empathetic to conditions. He also has a great sense of humor and is very friendly during visits. I had been having morning headaches associated with neck pain, and the pain greatly interfered with my sleep quality for 12 months. Two sessions of Prolotherapy eliminated my headaches. I still have the morning exhaustion, but the headaches are gone which is a huge improvement. I am hoping a few more sessions will help relieve the rest of my neck pain and allow me to get the rest I need."
Robert W.
"Dr. Terzella changed the course of my life. I had spent 7 years dealing with progressively debilitating health issues with no answers despite seeing 14 doctors and specialists. He really was my last hope and after sitting down and spending a lot of time listening to my extensive medical history and symptoms, he was able to correctly diagnose what had been missed over the years by so many doctors. He used prolotherapy to significantly reduce symptoms and increase quality of life, started treatment for another diagnosis and sent me out for the appropriate referrals. I am forever indebted to him for solving my medical mysteries and placing me on the path to healing. I recommend him to other patients often."
