Squats For Joint Range of Motion

Not everyone can do a squat.   Most of us have lost the flexibility we had as a child.   By standing with your back to a wall and then slowing moving down the wall until you get into a seated position, and then going further down towards squatting, you can improve balance, strength, joint range of motion, and flexibility.   At Piedmont Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, PA we believe in helping you develop a system that works for you;  One that improves function and quality of life.
