Please note, only non-urgent inquires that are not directly related to patient care should be sent through Email.  Due to the proliferation of spam and phishing it is a good idea to call the office at 864-235-1834 to let us know if you have sent us an Email so that we know to look for it.

General inquiries should be directed to ppmrpublic@safe-mail.net.

Due to Federal Regulation established patients must first create their own Safe-Mail account at www.Safe-Mail.net. To create an account in a single line, send Desired Account Name, Password, First Name, Last name, Alt Email, Phone, Country (include commas but do not use any spaces) to register@safe-mail.net and then look a reply from them (this can take several days). Use as separate line for each alternative you wish to send (up to three). Once you get a Safe-Mail account set up you can address non-urgent communications to piedmontpmr@safe-mail.net. Replies to established patients will come only to your safe-mail address.
